Please accept this application to enter the Pittsburgh Concert Society's Major Auditions to be held at Kresge Recital Hall, College of Fine Arts, Carnegie Mellon, April 15 and 16, 2011. Adjudicator: John Mangan, Vice President and Dean, Curtis Institute of Music.

Please see the major audition requirements before applying.

Please note that applicants who, without giving PCS advance notice, fail to show up at their scheduled audition time, will not be allowed to audition the following year.

This application must be completed and returned on or before March 26, 2011 along with a properly formatted program and a non-refundable fee of $50.00 payable to Pittsburgh Concert Society. Applications will not be accepted until payment has been received. The Pittsburgh Concert Society reserves the right to accept only the first forty (40) applications received
